Reflecting on Monitoring Visit of the SoilLifeBoats Project

We would like to extend a warm thank you to all our project partners and our dedicated project monitor for their participation in the recent monitoring visit of the SoilLifeBoats project. The visit, held on May 27–28, was a fantastic opportunity to present the progress we’ve made after two years of implementation, and to engage in open and constructive discussions about our results, challenges, and future opportunities.

The two-day visit began at the coordinator’s headquarters, where we shared detailed presentations covering various aspects of the project. We also had the chance to visit the nearby experimental field to observe the progress of our trials and activities on-site.

On the second day, the entire team traveled to Jełowa, near the city of Opole, to explore our demonstration field. It was an invaluable experience to see the results of our work in a real-life setting. This visit also included observation of first results of joint field demonstration with our Dutch colleagues from the LIFECO2Sand project.

We are truly grateful for the engagement, feedback, and support we received throughout the visit. The collaboration, enthusiasm, and dedication of our partners continue to drive SoilLifeBoats forward, and we are proud of what we have accomplished together so far.

Let’s keep up the great work!
